I am bold, in my mind and in my life

The simple act of living a bold life to realize fortune and create fortunate and influential experiences is desired by many I speak to every day.

Being bold is living a life without fear. Fearless people succeed because they think, speak and act differently than those caught within the doom loop of excuses and the victim mentality.  Owning your day to own your life is possible by being bold in the face of fear.

Start-to-start - The courage to step out of the shadows of the contemporary politically correct, social media fueled insecurities of society is a start.  There is a discreet need to recognize that this is about you and no one else.  No matter where you are in your life, you can start with one thought, word and action towards living a bold life.

Be authentic,

scared and vulnerable,

don’t hide how you feel,

don’t pretend

be who you are

buckle up and face and embrace your fear,

release the real you - BOLD!

How do you learn if you are not willing to take risks – I have burned myself, burned bridges and frankly nuked bridges based on sheer arrogance, but I learned from failure.  When you fail or feel like a failure you are basing this on external perceptions and the story you are telling yourself.  Well grow up Count Chocula, fail gloriously and learn how to address and right you attitude and behaviors to make the next decision a positive one.   Failure leads to success, think of all the people in smaller cocoons doing well and being happy with average.  If they are happy awesome, but that is not necessarily why you are reading this.  You are searching for boldness in life, with a passion to burn fueling your future self.

Developed over time the morning fuel I consume is a quiet recognition of the day in front of me. The mantra I hold close and have been pursuing for nearly a decade now is the following:

“I refuse to believe that today will be like any other day in my life. All that I am and all that I will become is based on my thoughts words and actions.  I am training my mind, body and soul to achieve the goals I have set forth. I know there will be doubters and setbacks along the way, but I shall not be deterred from insecurities and external forces.  My destiny does not require perfection, only my courage, commitment and consistency to realize the goals for myself and my family. Every champion was once a contender who refused to give up. Doing today what others won’t, so I can do tomorrow what others can’t. Carpe diem, Fortuna Juvat – own your day to boldly own your life!”

Understand who you are by addressing the most important elements of your life - your mindset of fear. F.E.A.R (False Events Appearing Real). Live life by being in the life ‘today, at this moment’

What’s your mantra – write it down/ daily and refine to align with your vision for yourself.
